Develop Ministerial Annual Plans and finalize Performance Agreements before start of each financial year; at higher education institutions;
Coordinate development of Ministerial Strategic Plan aligned to National Development Plan;
Monitor and Evaluate implementation of Capital Projects;
Coordinate development of Medium Term Plan and compilation of Accountability Report;
Ensure timely dissemination of information relating to development partners’ data profile;
